Yep i was there too, St Micheals Mount! It was a the music on the mount weekend last week, free entry into the castle and grounds, the amount of times i've said i'm going to go into the castle and never got around to it, and to be honest, i'm glad i never paid previously, i think i'd have been disappointed!
Strange attitude, I had been over there many times and NEVER disappointed. Always something of interest, covering so many architectural and historic vantages. The cost is vital to provide future generations with facts that matter.
