Harbour Crystals in Causewayhead is not closing down, but relocating (please see comments below). Just a wild guess but I think the shop has been trading here for about eight years... Please correct me if you know different.
I will correct you....Harbour Crystals is not closing down but relocating at the end of this year (in Penzance)....I know the facts - my wife is the proprietor !!
In that case I stand corrected. The good news is that the business continues. I've corrected that statement above and if you let us know where you are relocating to we'll update the thread. Thanks for the input
Many thanks for correcting the statement, not surprisingly many people have drawn the same conclusion since the estate agents signs have been erected. A business owner, and good friend of ours, will be retiring at the end of the year from a premises further up Causewayhead and this premises better suits our business in its present form, so we will be relocating after Christmas and opening again early in the New Year. I cannot publish any more details at the moment as I wish to protect the other business owners privacy for now. An announcement will be made when the time is right.
Oh great news all round! It really is a relief that we got it wrong. I can only apologise for the assumption (that's the last time I listen to my parents... the gossip mungers). I look forward to the relocation and many more years of trading...
