An interesting photo which I haven't seen before. Photo was taken in the Venning Hall in Heamoor with members of the "Guild of Old Scouts" on the left. I believe my uncle, Jack Reynolds, is second from the left and my father, Leonard Reynolds, is 4th from the left. As far as I recall, the Guild built the Hall which was somewhere near Poltair Close; I presume that it is no longer there.
Venning Hall is still there, and it is still the meeting place of the Scouts ! We now have over 100 young people and adult volunteers, and have Beaver Scouts, Cub Scouts, Scouts and Explorer Scouts.
