I love the electric green/blue of this insect which, though much like a dragonfly, tends to flutter its wings in flight whereas most dragonflies with their fixed wings, seem not to do so. You should look for this one on the top middle leaf of bindweed. I saw this by the stream at Porthcurno between the shop/cafe and the beach.
