My brother in Australia found this in his motoring mag and tried to scan it for me but it has lost a lot of readability in his re-sizing of it. If you click on it, I am hoping you will be able to read about Kernewek Lowender (Cornish Joy/Fun), the largest Cornish Festival in the world. I'd have been happier if they'd called it 'Lowender Kernewek' since adjectives generally follow the noun in Cornish. Anyway, there are over 60,000 people attending each year, and a profusion of pasties are available for sale. It is down to the Yorke Peninsula's celebration of its Cornish mining heritage.
