This is a crazy picture and by a professional who should know different. Not only is this van on the pavement it is also obstructing the only entrance and exit to the upper car park. In this instance the postman went off delivering elsewhere. No one could enter or leave and the dustmen turned up and they were furious as well. His response.... **** off I'm on a delivery mate.
