Each year in June, a procession of people bearing flaming torches and led by the Golowan Band passes down Chapel Street to the Dock area to mark the Eve or Vigil of St John the Baptist. This has always been traditionally a festival of fire and the procession certainly fires people up. This photo was taken this year.
