Heamoor

The 1934 borough boundary stone at the side of the Bone Valley road.
Excellent - thanks for this, saves me a walk, just to find this; is it where it should be, at the entrance to Boscrowen?
Mousehole not yet found; Tredavoe and Tregavarah to be seen yet.

On the map it is 400 yds up Bone Valley, at the entrance to Bone Valley Caravan and Camping Park, just east of Boscrowan.

Thank you, the position agrees. Encouraging. I can therefore measure the exact distance for Mousehole and look in the undergrowth. Tregavarah and Tredavoe are a fair stank so I would like to be certain as to just where they are - my 10560 map covers the whole of the area to the west of Crowlas, South of Gurnard s Head/Treen.

Mousehole BS is on the track to the CG lookout at Penzer Point, just 50 yds past a house called Asphodel.

Yes, I walked that path/lane a few days ago, but could not see it. I need to take my tape with me next time. I still have the full surveying equipment.

Tregavarah BS shouldn t be too hard. 150 yds off the main road on the sharp bend opposite Dennis Place.

Tredavoe BS 200 yds to the west of Tredavoe Chapel, on a track.

No posts have been edited on this picture. Notes were added to the picture description for clarity - which have now disappeared and therefore is no longer linked to the other stones.
