would be a good cheap idea to get rid of all the metal dustbins and place all our human garbage in thin plastic bags. Mistake. The penalty was the ease at which these powerful birds could access more than their daily need; result, more birds, with an even stronger will to survive now their food source has been cut by wheelie bins. Do not feed !!
