At the risk of getting duffed, that displays a total thicko. Some do not deserve the right to be at the wheel of a car. Just what happens on a busy highway in standard rush hour traffic, when this is the result on a non hindered car park. It was impressed upon me many years ago that it was vital to know your machine's limitations and of the space surrounding it.
Just a question ... but how does anyone leave his driving wheel, get out of the car and not realise immediately something is not right, so get back in and sort it?
I must admit I took one look at this and thought OMG!! he/she (although my personal opinion it's a he) could be wrong, but what ever, he /she must have felt the car go off the edge and possibly the sounding of a short grinding as the bottom of the car hit the top of the edge of the car park?not only that the sudden veer/jolt as the tyre has actually left the car park !! and now left dangling in mid air....bet he/she had a little trouble in getting the car in a normal position.....excellent Capture by the way !
