Thanks PP, personally I love a dark cloudy sky for a lot of my HDR pics, if a pic is not pleasing me, if possible, I will often take out the sky and put a cloudy one in there. (I take pics of the sky occasionally just for that purpose)
Yeah same here, but I'm happy with other types of sky. Tbh I don't change my skies, I like taking the pic as it is in front of my eyes and what I see. What you do is a great idea Chris, anything really if it helps the finished image
