I believe centre is the arsenic works with the stack of the engine house on the cliff.

The squat white building just to the right of centre is the house for the beam whim (winding) engine with its associated headgear immediately left, while the bigger engine house is that for the pumping engine, the shaft of which was later covered over and fitted with a huge fan by Geevor Mine for ventilation.
