Intelligent birds. I visited a house once where there was an African grey kept in a small cage. I was told it was rarely let out as it was destructive. Well, wouldn't you be if you were caged up on your own all of your life? Birds don't belong in cages - wherever did we get the idea from that it's ok to do so?
