True, if someone is in the know, HH. It might be the Alliance and Leicester Building Society at that point (and now SpecSavers), am I right? I also notice that there are all those granite cubes around the Davy Statue too which are fairly recent additions, aren't they?

Davy's wine merchants site was cleared around about 1982 as far as I could tell from my own pictures. See this and several others in the same album.
