It would appear so. It does look like a 5 on the door. The thingammywhatsitsname is a lot smaller than I thought it would be.

Is it definitely not Medrose Terrace or any other strange multiple names this street seems to have?!

The throroughfare is Rosevean Road, and that was what was in the question. There are sections of different dates, but the names are not the thoroughfare name.
