The day centre had been built, when was that? Lovely flower beds, a good mix of shrubs and just look at the colours of the fountain; I know they are working on this area now, but it has looked quite oppressive and scruffy of late, not to mention the crazy side path at the top, where the public cannot walk along there because the trees overhang it. Much nicer place to be then.
