Interesting, as my brother-in-law has made enquiries of officials and no one at Pz Boro or PDC knows from whence it came, how it got there, or that it had been removed or by whom .... the curious thing is that it has been cut and the base coated. Must have taken a fair effort and made a fair noise. Any ideas? I should add that I detested the thing and I am glad to see it gone.
