As far as The Chamber of Commerce (Penzance) are concerned, There is No Option. It is RP's Option A or nothing, and that was what the operation of this 'True Friends of Penzance' was set up to do, collect signatures for that one scheme. Other possibilities were snuffed out. The whole basis of this .... I am keeping schtumm, as I suspected, this is what it is all about, and silence is what you will get.
