This happens on a regular basis!....and sometimes more often than not the water fountain does not work!

What is that water feature about?
It is no more interesting to look at than the old privy and that was useful.

It must be costing someone a fortune because it s always being worked on.... either the tax payers are picking up the tab or the company who built it will go to the wall!

Is that what is used?? I thought it could be washing powder....but suppose they do the same thing (same result!)
