When I was an apprentice with S.W.E.B. I helped with the survey before the electricity board aquired it when it was a hostel.

The hostel mentioned was infact the YMCA the YM was upstairs I think and there were 2 shops on the street level one was a barbers shop run by Hughie Martin and his partner who was called ? Edwards
