and I bet if a normal car parked there....as in "NOT A POLICE CAR"!!! dont wanna be done as decribing a normal car here, but c'mon!! parked the way it has JUST AN OBSTRUCTION IN IT SELF!!!!!!! and what happens when been reported I wonder???? yeah well??....................... Yes it was there for many hours and not (to the best of my knowledge on any emergency) there were cars queued behind thinking that the police car was just waiting at the junction.
