I think this is one of the houses up Lescudjack Road up from Trewartha Terrace. Where the parrots and the flying fish play ... and the dawn comes up like thunder (too much curry).
I am going to take a print up there and check the stonework, outside of the quoins, each house will be quite different; I did some work on a couple of houses up that way, and I remember the dormer windows.
Just come back from up the hills ... this is Nr 3 Penare Road; and I have taken a photo to prove it. Obviously the first of the type, as the bay window moulding is more elaborate, but all the stonework matches this picture. Shows on the 1908 OS map.
