Clearly something had to be done with it; the great potential for development as a local amenity was there, but money wins everytime. I have grave concerns about vessel access, given local currents and weather conditions (if there are no accidents I will be surprised), and concerns about the public access along that road, amongst many others. Unlike tv we do not get trailers rammed down our throats.
