Ah but the bad news is that the Guinness Book of Records isn't printed until September. Hastings are set to break the record again in August. If they manage it then Penzance will not appear in the record books... arr! great bit of timing by the most organised bunch also known as Golowan... arr!
We Cornish had better invade Hastings again, just like the Normans did in 1066, and scatter them to the four winds forever, all 84,000 of them! Of course, we could also do a rain dance and b***** up their weather that day but, knowing British weather, we may not need to. We'll have to put out bad weather forecasts for Hastings from now until then! Anyway, they can't take away from the fun we had yesterday!
