The re-defined boundaries stones of Penzance were set in 1934.
This one is the moved Posses Lane Stone. Others are at Trenow, Mousehole, Sheffield, Tredavoe, Tregavarah, Heamoor.
That is excellent; glad to see it there still; I have just found another at Sheffield; when the document gives a position it is not the precise location but an indication of the area in which it was placed. Most of them appear to be 300 yards away from the named spot. In this case, checking back, it is in the proper alignment. Many thanks for this.
