Besides all the stuff that has divided and destroyed the greatest Postal System in the world, and one that started here, with a mass of assistance and design from Cornish men long before the Penny Black was invented ... all I know is that my mail arrives safely and on time ... I get mail from all over, and it is quick and secure ... just had a delivery from Krakow today, in 5 days !!!
