I am pleased that some attention has been paid to its upkeep and the urban landscape; as much as it is a modern building it is a valuable part of our heritage. Hepworths looks quite remarkable now it has had the decoration it deserves. There is always a great degree of work to be done to the exterior envelope and it is so badly forgotten, the price to be paid is in the fullness of time the same, decay and loss, as well as being totally unattractive to the shopper and local alike. I freely admit the colour is ill-chosen. I agree with you.
Talk about pavement pirates, how do people get away with it, I saw this lot with 5 vans parked on the yellow lines and also on the pavement up to the corner!! I agree also, the colour is not the best.
