I note the address given as Chaple (sic) Street; I have had cases thrown out of court for such errors in London. If that is a legal document, then someone does not deserve a fee.
Plain fact in a Legal sense is that the address is not simply incorrect, it is not the right address. The piece of paper therefore that has an intrinsic value of a piece of paper (as such, the Order has not actually been issued). In order to have acceptable educational standards, there have to be standards in the first place.
What makes it worse is the fact that the building address is actually The Old Custom House, 53, Chapel Street - the postcode for that address is TR18 4AF ... TR18 3AE is at Briton s Hill. Mind you, I believe that anything that emanates from Cornwall County is suspect now ... this confirms it.
