I was especially pleased with 05 and 07, just enough shingle uncovered to get on the beach for the low angle.
I have been watching these displays for a while now, hoping to get a bow shot at speed, it obviously depends so much on distance and course; so that is another challenge to be ticked on the list.
Yes, well that is another challenge; thereby hang two billsheets. One to get the pictures of a really lumpy raging sea, the other listing the effects on the people of Penzance. I don t mind fitting my shoes with lead liners and donning my all weather gear, bring it on!!
Sorry no - as a helicopter assault ship, that would have made quite a bump on the horizon. I know the bay has been honoured with three other warships in recent months, but I have not yet been able to identify them.
