A bit of a trek but I'm going to make a big effort to get back up there this year, I'd really like to try star trails from there, (haven't tried them yet)

The problem with me PP, the places where I think it would be effective are quite a distance from me...............Motivation is the keyword for me

It's harder if you don't have a car. Some places to me are distant for that reason, sometimes a bus helps though
