The daft part is that their signatures are individual and recogniseable, bringing attention to a) the fact that they are the defacers of a building and the town in which they live and complain about therefore putting up the costs on their rates and prices and b) the abnormally low intelligence and abilities they have in all matters.
It would be more a signal of their powers if they kept the walls clean and in fact stopped others doing it and to actually get together and clean it up - they would then be a part of this town, instead of being a total drag on everyone (including themselves).

Quite ... low income, miserable little pleaders that they are, can afford spray paints and felt markers, in various colours, can afford to drink copious amounts of lager and smoke train loads of ciggies and various other questionable chemicals; yet complain bitterly about people, society, taxes and government, with various choice descriptions of those pillars of our democracy's fabric -the police and the law system.

I don't seriously believe they have the intellect to complain about any issues. Mind you, it may be that they are activated by deep feelings of inadequacy without understanding why, and spliffs and alcohol which anaesthetise them and make them lose any reason at all.

Maybe, but they surely do not think they have cornered the market on unsettled/unhappy lives... we could all fade into stupified alcoholic pits at some time in our lives. I get so angry at anyone wasting the life that has been given to them. Intellect and Awareness as well as Dignity come with the Package ... we ALL have them, with a few dreadful exceptions of the failings of genetics or of disease. No, they prefer to be well balanced, a chip on each shoulder. What a waste.
