Stewart's Buildings.

Stewart's Buildings, said to have been built in 1883 and designed by Henry Stewart; however, the detailing points firmly to the buildings having been built by Perkins, Caldwell and Caldwell, for Henry Stewart (a plumber in Causewayhead), the design having been done by the Caldwells. Since Morrab Road was completed in 1880, and the upper narrow lane having been widened in that year, it is more likely that the site would have been sold and developed quickly, the buildings completed in 1881.
