I remember seeing this little tank only once at Penzance and guess it was on loan from St.Blazey where it was based,maybe to cover for one of the large panniers if it was away for overhaul. I have a similar picture at home but undated.'British Railways Illustrated ' of March 1996 has an article about Penzance shed and there is a picture of 1650 on the shed,dated 9 April 1960.
