Is it a pig in the window?

I always thought about that piggy bank as a mystery pic, but the blue was, I thought, too recognisable.

I wonder how old this house is now. I would imagine it might have been quite difficult to get planning permission for it though I quite like it as a feature. The pink, floral piggy bank is quite amusing too!

I've seen an old bandw photo of this being a boat building workshop I think, can't remember where though.

That would help with planning as it would be an existing building, I suppose.
