Scaffolding is extending into a full frame, boards have been delivered to form a safe work floor; I note screens being fitted, so it may well be that after a while, views will be restricted or blocked. In its present work position, site conditions are restricted and can be considered as hazardous; as much as I have retired from the rat-race, I can't help having ideas of just how I would have run the contract. 28th January 2009.
