I m honoured, HH! However, just how long would that gruesome, modern building promoted by the Harbour Development last under conditions like this, regardless of granite blocks or whatever? It would soon look drastically run down and who would bring it back to a reasonable state again?
The reason for the giant wall of rock armour is to stop the overtopping getting to the passengers and cargo ... just which ship is going to set sail in that? How many passengers will be waiting to get on that ship? Some words come to mind ... Insane, Pig s Ear, White Elephant, a Right Codge, and we will all pay for it dearly.
