This section of the Star Inn was formerly my family's home from the 50s to the 80s. Ralph McTell, Derek Brimstone, Mike Chapman and many others have spent the night here around the 60s when gigging in my brother's folk clubs. Note the Star Inn above which was separate from the house in earlier days.
