Keen not to be out done by the other pavement pirates.... This late entry is a regular on this pavement, this vehicle not only parks on the pavement but also obstructs the bus. There is no excuse for this. The car is parked there for many hours.
Next time you throw a wobbly over your rates, just remember how much it costs to maintain these pavements and kerbs, due to this illegal parking. On the other side of the bus shelter is a poster advocating other non-gentlemanly activity.
