Total Blockage

If I was the driver of the dust cart, I would put my foot down, and blush afterwards ... oh dear, I thought there was enough room to pass .....

The Truck in front has been caught in this section before by BOP....no one is going to be able to drive down this one way road are they? says me as I always use this road to save going over the humps!

Pavements are not structurally designed or capable of taking those loads, either from the 4x4 (the IQ of the owner = 16) or the dust cart. Pavements are for pedestrians and that loading only, let alone safe access to town and shop. Roads and lanes are for traffic.

you would complain it they did not pick up your rubbish so they do a brill job getting around

@ loader21 the picture shows the dust cart but the offending vehicle is the 4x4 who is blocking his way. We weren t saying that the dust cart was to blame for this.
