Wow! Just found this myself. This is the 1901 Locomobile and was manufactured by Amiz Barber and Brisben Walker. Although this car was really designed by the Stanley brothers and those who know would call it a Stanley Steamer. It turns out that the Stanley brothers sold the design for this car with a two year non compete deal. After the two years were up the Stanley's changed the design slightly and went in to full production with this model.
Coincidently... This example above is Style 2.
I did note that this has had some modifications to meet today's requirement for road use. Note the disk break on the rear axle.
