Two Plaques

The upper one commemorates the 116-day journey of the trawler 'Mystery' - a 36 footer - which arrived in Australia in 1855.
The lower one commemorates the installation of electric lighting in the Seamen's institue in 1930, in honour of the founder of the Institute, Nora Bolitho, who set up this building in 1911 for the good of seamen.
