I saw this St Just building tonight for the first time and noted that DD had already spotted it as a mystery pic unfortunately! No points for saying where it is a second time but let's say it's somewhere near McFaddens and the Wellington in Market Square.
Haven't been there yet since mention of 'Fenten Ust'. I took this snap back in - well a few years ago - I can't remember when without checking one of a thousand folders!
That window looks like this in my Lafrowda pictures from last July also in Google Street view. Other St Just pictures appear to have been taken during the campaign for last June's Cornwall Council elections.
I can't recal how long they'd been like that though. I can go back to the previous four or five years of Lafrowda and check when I'm really bored.
There we are, Lafrowda Day 2008 the windows were each half covered with flag, half net curtain, divided vertically. So, unless it as reconfigured in the same way after an interval, your picture of this must have been taken between the Lafrowda Days of 2008 and 2009.
clearly I was wrong when i thought I had something better to do....
