Had to get off the pavement last evening to avoid this monstrosity. sad#

I guess the people who park like this mustn't have a family, else they would know how difficult it is to get past a car parked on a pavement if you have shopping or a pram or disabilities. If they really don't want to obey the law then they should be made to spend a day using a wheelchair or pushing a pram. might make them think twice!

I suspect you'll find that whether or not they know how difficult this can make things for others, they simply don't care, Cherry.
