I assumed that HH meant a crossed out mark, a white horizontal bar, as shown on the sign in question.

I am a bike rider SV650s and I have a VFR but haven t had the need to park it like this..... I will agree that the canver is dodgy there though. I can t imagine any other way but up once the rider gets on the bike, and that part of the street is one way. I ll take my hat off to anyone who can turn that around to face down the street without dropping it..... it s gotto weigh 650kg.
