Taken of St Clare Road looking towards Penalvern in 1975. Note that there wasn't any round about here then. Also notice that houses stand where West Cornwall Hospital car park is today.
This picture was supplied by Rose Hichens (Dairy shop St Clare) of Mrs Bernice Pearce 10 December 1973. Today its been converted in to a house. The shop was about three doors up from the Fountain inn on the opposite side of the road. You can see the reflection of St Clare flats in her windows.
