    Gone now, but you can still see it here on Picture Penzance. This picture shows the changing face of Penzance. The round seat has been replaced and moved further towards the bank. Whirlwind sports is further down the town as is New Look.

    Safeway Round about

    This is Safeway (now Morrisons) Round about in 1995. The picture was taken from a car whilst leaving the supermarket. Today you would expect to see Mc Donalds and the Penwith Business centre infront of the round about rather than fields
