Here I wanted to capture the essence of our back streets. That private through-fare that holds a character like no other.

As not many members have taken this months contest up I thought I would contribute. What I've attempted to do is capture the other side of the street. Interestingly enough it seems that the other members are thinking on a similar line ::15:

MJS on a Tuesday evening: a drunk on a bench, a chap who couldn't quite avoid being in the photo and a seagull on Sir Humphry!

This small complex off the bottom New Street on the right comprises a number of cottages amid a sort of folly made up of a number of architectural items gathered by architect Mr Clifford who put them all together for atmosphere. A couple of his props may be seen here.
