Ministers are once again being urged to consider cutting water bills for people living in the South West.
A cross party commitee of MP's is urging the government to rectify the disproportionate amount paid by consumers in the region.
Under proposals made by Cornish MP George Eustice, 13 pence could be added to bills up country, reducing bills here by up to a hundred pounds.
Next year a white paper on the water industry's set to be published.
