Three of the UK's biggest supermarket chains are vying to build a new store in a Cornwall town.
Residents are being asked to weigh up the plans which include offers to build a new rugby club complex in Hayle.
A fourth company, developers ING Red UK, is also in the running to build a superstore.
Councillors said they hoped the bidder, chosen from ING, Asda, Morrisions or Sainsbury's, would help "kick-start" further development in the town.

Mark Thompson for the supermarket said the presence of Co-Op and a Lidl meant any more than three "would be a step too far" for Hayle.
Asda is hoping to develop Hayle Rugby Club's ground, providing them with a new ground and facilities nearby if their bid wins approval.
Club chairman Steve Benney said the deal would include "two new pitches that a floodlit and other training facilities around them".
Sainsbury's want to develop land behind the rugby club near the town's retail park.
Bruno Moore from Sainsbury's, said: "We believe that we've got some good public support."
ING Red UK want to build at Hayle Harbour.
Former councillor Owen Philp said: "That would kick-start the development of the South Quay."
Their option was the only one "that would give the town any gain whatsoever", he added.
The town's residents' association drafted a questionnaire which was completed by more than 750 people.
A decision is expected at a meeting of councillors next month.
