Recall to prison for Leo Harkins Police in West Cornwall are seeking a 29 year-old man called Leo  Harkins who has breached the terms of his release licence.  Harkins has  failed to comply with the conditions of his early release. Harkins was recently released from prison after serving a term of  imprisonment for assault. However, he failed to comply with the terms of his licence and  Devon and Cornwall probation service issued a prison recall making him  arrestable on sight. Devon and Cornwall police are proactively following a number of  lines of enquiry to ascertain his current location.  Police intend to arrest and return him to prison once he has been  located.  Harkins is described as a white European man, 5ft 10in tall, with  a tanned complexion, a stocky build, with short dark hair and a stud  piercing in his left eyebrow. He has links to Camborne, Pool and the St Ives areas.
